Costa Rica Gallery -- March 2005

From March 15 to 22, 2005, Dr. Baduini and family traveled to Costa Rica, to visit the new Firestone Center for Restoration Ecology at Pitzer College.  The center, donated to Pitzer by Diane Firestone, is a large property located near Dominical, Costa Rica.  The trip included a stay at the nearby Hacienda Baru, a day trip to the cloud forest in Cerro de la Muerte, and finally a day in San Jose.  The gallery below contains a mix of wildlife photos and family photos from the trip.  Students who participate in the Costa Rica study abroad program will have great opportunities to see much of the same wildlife while in Costa Rica.  It's a wonderful destination for both students and families.  Enjoy the gallery!
