Each of the sample letters below are listed in Microsoft Word 6.0 and WordPerfect 5.1 format. Many other popular word processors can convert a document from either one of these formats. Check your documentation to find out which formats are acceptable.

To download a file, right click on the file's hotlink, and choose the command to save the target to your hard drive. On Internet Explorer, this would be "Save Target As..."
